Gingerbread House

Just like the ‘Haus’ Hansel and Gretel discovered in the woods: a sweet, ginger flavoured treat decorated with sugar icing, buttery cookies as well as smarties and freckles for colour. Finished off with a dusting of icing sugar. The house sits on an 8” base and stands approx. 9” high.

Gingerbread Tree

Christmas Pudding

Festive Fruit Cake

This dense, dark cake is packed with dried fruits, nuts and spices and soaked with sweet sherry. Two types are available: one is simply topped with glace cherries and almonds, the other is enrobed in icing and decorated in festive themes. Available in slices too.

Fruit Mince Pies

A rich mixture of dried and glace fruits as well as fresh apples, which have been steeped in sweet sherry, then combined with sugar, butter and spices before being baked in a buttery shortbread shell. Gift boxes available.

Papa Weber's German Christmas Stollen

A recipe and technique past through the generations by Papa Weber. This German Christmas bread is a rich yeast dough packed with rum soaked dried fruit and almonds and with a band of marzipan through its centre. Rolled in cinnamon sugar after baking. Traditionally cut in thin slices and served with tea and coffee. Available in bite size and a large loaf.

Spiced flat Italian Christmas cake loaded with dried fruits, nuts and spices. Very rich, therefore only serve in thin slices.
