Baked Lemon Cheesecake
Our baked cheesecake is similar to a New York style cheesecake. Made with cream cheese and sour cream it is quite dense in its texture with a lovely rich lemon twist. Our 8" cake easily serves 12 and is gluten free.
Orange & Almond Cake
A beautifully moist almond cake, made with freshly pulped oranges and decorated with chopped pistachios, candied orange peel, flaked almonds and a light dusting of icing sugar. It is gluten free and dairy free and our most popular! Depending on the season, it could also be Mandarin & Almond. Serves 12 plus.
Lemon Meringue Tart
Our lemon meringue is a butter shortbread pastry, filled with a delicious lemon curd and topped with a thick layer of meringue and lightly browned. Our 8" tart serves 12 generous portions.
Oma Spice Cake
Also known as a Persian Love Cake or Middle Eastern Spice Cake our 8" Oma Spice Cake is a dense but gorgeously fragrant and flavoursome cake that sits on a thin biscuit base. Decorated with pistachios, rose petals and a dusting of icing sugar. Serves 12.
Beesting or 'Bienenstich'
Bienenstich is a traditional German treat. A sweet yeast pastry filled with custard cream and topped with a crunchy honey almond mixture and dusted with icing sugar. Our large 8" version serves 8 generous portions.

Sponge Cake
